S Series Music Film is a creative marketplace and entertainment platform that connects Actors, Singers, Musicians, Producers, Directors, Lyricists, Models, Dancers, Cameramen, Editors, Studios, and other creative professionals with clients seeking talent and production services.

3. User Registration

Users may register on the platform by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Any false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in account suspension or permanent termination.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activities conducted through their accounts.

4. Artist Profiles & Listings

Artists are responsible for ensuring that all information, photographs, videos, portfolios, experience details, and achievements displayed on their profiles are accurate and legally owned by them.

S Series Music Film reserves the right to remove or modify any profile, content, or listing that violates applicable laws, copyright regulations, platform policies, or community standards.

5. Hiring & Booking Services

Clients may hire artists and creative professionals through the platform based on their skills, experience, portfolio, availability, and pricing. Hiring decisions remain entirely between the client and the selected artist.

S Series Music Film does not guarantee employment, project completion, income generation, or future work opportunities for any registered user.

6. Pricing & Payments

Artist service charges, registration fees, promotional packages, and platform services may vary depending on experience, category, skill level, and project requirements.

All fees and payments displayed on the platform are subject to change without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of their original creative works. However, by uploading content to the platform, users grant S Series Music Film a non-exclusive right to display, promote, and showcase such content for promotional and business purposes related to the platform.

Unauthorized copying, distribution, modification, or commercial use of platform content, logos, trademarks, videos, music, graphics, or materials is strictly prohibited.

8. Royalty & Revenue Sharing

Where applicable, royalty arrangements, revenue-sharing agreements, or content monetization opportunities shall be governed by separate agreements between S Series Music Film and the participating artists.

Royalty payments, if any, shall be subject to applicable contracts, platform policies, and legal compliance requirements.

• Violate copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.

S Series Music Film acts as an intermediary platform connecting artists and clients. The company shall not be held responsible for disputes, project outcomes, service quality, financial losses, scheduling conflicts, personal disagreements, or contractual issues arising between users.

The platform may contain links to third-party websites, payment gateways, social media platforms, or external services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party services.

13. Changes to Terms

S Series Music Film reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in Jharkhand, India.
