2. Registration Fees
Registration fees paid by Actors, Singers, Musicians, Producers, Directors, Lyricists, Models, Dancers, Cameramen, Editors, and other creative professionals are generally non-refundable once the registration process has been completed and the profile has been activated on the platform.
3. Artist Hiring Services
Clients may hire artists directly through the platform based on their experience, portfolio, skills, availability, and pricing structure. Since artist bookings involve reservation of time and professional services, refunds may not be available once a booking has been confirmed by both parties.
4. Eligible Refund Cases
Refund requests may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Technical failure resulting in unsuccessful registration.
- Payment received but service was not activated.
- Verified billing or processing error by S Series Music Film.
5. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are generally non-refundable:
- Completed artist registrations.
- Profile promotion services.
- Talent listing and featured placements.
- Audition registration fees.
- Event participation fees.
- Artist booking commissions.
- Digital marketing and promotional campaigns.
- Music, video, or production-related services already delivered.
6. Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before an artist or service provider officially accepts a project. Once a project, booking, audition, event, or production service has commenced, cancellation requests may not qualify for refunds.
7. Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, will generally be processed within 7 to 15 business days through the original payment method used during the transaction.
8. Platform Responsibility
S Series Music Film acts as a platform connecting artists and clients. The platform is not responsible for disputes arising from personal agreements, performance quality expectations, scheduling conflicts, or project-specific issues between artists and clients.
